How much Gelataros is a serving?
One gummy. The panel sets the serving size at one and the container at thirty, which makes a jar a month at that pace. Nothing builds up over the first week and nothing tapers at the end of it — the amount on day thirty is the amount on day one.
- One gummy is the whole amount — The panel puts the serving at a single gummy and the container at thirty of them. Nothing is measured and nothing is doubled.
- Eight ounces of water beside it — The glass is written into the instruction rather than added after it: one gummy with an 8 oz glass of water.
- Twenty to thirty minutes ahead of eating — That is the label's own window for best results, and it is a band of ten minutes rather than a single moment to hit.
- A cool, dark cupboard for the jar — Storage on the label reads a cool, dry place away from heat and light, which rules out the worktop by the hob.
What goes with it?
Eight ounces of water. The glass is written into both sentences of the instruction rather than appended to them, which is about as firmly as a label can say that it belongs to the serving rather than to the advice around it.
When should Gelataros be taken?
Twenty to thirty minutes before a meal, for best results. Notice that this is a band and not a stopwatch reading: anywhere inside those ten minutes is inside the instruction.
The jar leaves the choice of meal open, which turns the question into a practical one rather than a technical one. Pick the meal that happens at the same time whether or not the day goes to plan. For most people that is breakfast, and the gummy goes with the kettle.
Where should the jar live?
A cool, dry place away from heat and light. In a real kitchen that rules out the shelf above the hob and the sill that gets the afternoon sun, and rules in an ordinary cupboard. Gummies mind a warm shelf more than capsules do.
How long before there is anything to judge?
A jar is thirty consecutive days, which is the shortest run that says anything at all. Two jars is sixty, three is ninety and six is a hundred and eighty.
What about a day that gets skipped?
Nothing is carried forward. The next gummy goes in at the usual hour, and the serving stays at one, because that is what the label sets it at on every day it is taken.
